This platform represents a complete solution aimed to achieve operational efficiencies and provides MNOs capabilities for the administration and provision of SMS Clients (ESMEs). Furthermore, the service-oriented architecture that supports it allows MNOs to guarantee operational control according to the use of the platform services.

eMessaging SMS Gateway Platform also includes a Support and Performance Management Module, that guarantees a monitored operation through multiple KPIs with the capacity for preventive analysis and to guarantee the availability of Carrier Class services.

The base platform is 100% virtualized and can be implemented both on a cloud infrastructure and in own or private environments with classic virtualization/containerization infrastructure. It is completely based on industry standards governed by 3GPP/SMPP Forum for the integration to other SMS Gateways, SMS Core systems in the Core Network, other VAS platforms and even Billing/OCS platforms for real-time pricing of services.
